Synchronised To Miss Welsh National

Synchronised the ante-post favourite for the Coral Welsh National has pulled out of the race due to the expected heavy conditions at Chepstow.

Trainer Jonjo ONeill said: “We talked it over, and decided that to try and give weight away all round at Chepstow in very testing conditions wouldn’t really be fair on the horse and he will now go to Ireland for the Lexus.”

The withdrawal of Synchronised leaves a field of 20 runners. Giles Cross last years runner up is now installed as the new favourite at 6/1 with Viking Blond also showing support at 8/1.
