Nina Named For Organisedconfusion
One of the first jockeys to be concretely named for the 2012 Grand National is Nina Carberry who is going to be paired with Organisedconfusion, on whom she won the Irish Grand National for her uncle and trainer Arthur Moore.

Moore said “Organisedconfusion is due to run at Leopardstown next weekend and we will take it from there. He was a little sore after his fall at Leopardstown the last day, but he is fine now.”
Despite the poor record of seven year olds running in the National, Moore isn’t put off by the stats that it has been over seventy years since one won the much coveted race.
He said “He was mature enough to win the Irish Grand National at the age of six, so I don’t see why his age would be a problem. He has plenty of experience and the ground wouldn’t be a worry either – he has won on good and he has won on heavy.
“I am very happy with 10st 8lb, it is a lovely racing weight and, all being well, Nina Carberry will ride him.”
Nina Carberry has ridden in three previous Grand Nationals and successfully navigated the course each time. She partnered Forest Gunner in 2006 to 9th place, Character Building in both 2010 and 2011 finishing in 7th and 15th place respectively. Can she go one better and win it?
