Paddy Power have just announced an interesting new bet on the Grand National for 2012. You can now bet on your horse to complete the course, so if you’re not very confident that your chosen horse will win or even placing then this could be the bet for you.

Obviously the odds are shorter than a straight win or each-way bet, but at least you can still cheer your horse around the course, even if he’s right at the back of the pack. It’s worth remembering that averagely only half the horses will complete the famous Aintree Grand National course.
